Clifton is a city located in Passaic County, New Jersey. It is one of the many cities, townships, and communities bordering the New York City metropolitan area. Clifton lies ten miles west of NYC. The city also borders the municipalities of Little Falls, Paterson, and Woodland Park. Clifton is served by Garden State Parkway, Route 19, and Route 21.
