South Orange

The Township of South Orange Village or more commonly known as South Orange is a township in Essex County, New Jersey. The town is located east of Millburn, north of Maplewood, and south of the City of Orange. It serves primarily as a bedroom community to nearby city centers providing residents with easy access via the two stations in town. There are several stores and restaurants in the town center within a short drive from most neighborhoods in the community. Residents can also visit Cameron Park next to South Orange Middle School. The park is a beautifully maintained recreation center complete with tennis courts, ball fields, a small pond, walking trails, picnic area, historic landmarks, and a swimming pool.

Real Estate in South Orange is mostly single-family homes in suburban neighborhoods surrounding the town center. These communities feature paved walkways, beautiful roads, and tree-lined streets.
